Best of Conference Contests

Best of Conference contests are an opportunity for EAST programs to showcase their best in three (3) unique categories. As facilitator representatives, the EAST Facilitator Advisory Board (FAB) members will choose up to five (5) finalists for each category. Finalists will be announced during the Opening Session on Wednesday, March 15. Details for participation can be found below.

Each EAST program will be able to place one (1) vote for their favorite finalist in each category. Voting will be held online from noon - 10 pm on Wednesday, March 15.

Voting Information

Facilitators, vote for your favorite Best of Conference finalists in each category. Voting can be done in the MyPlanner page of the EAST Conference website. One vote per school per category. Look for the floor stickers in the Exhibit Hall to find all finalists.

  • Dressed to a Tee Contest

    Show off your program’s marketing skills by creating a custom tee for your team to wear during EAST Conference 2023. To participate, wear your team tee during booth setup on Day 1 and drop an extra one at Registration! FAB representatives will review the submissions and select the finalists. Conference participants will be encouraged to view the finalists in the Gear Store throughout Day 2.

  • EAST in Print Contest

    Brochures, flyers and other printed handouts are a great way to share information with other programs and community partners. Put your hard work on display. To participate, drop a sample of your printed material at Registration! FAB representatives will review the submissions and select the finalists. Conference participants will be encouraged to check out the finalists, which will be on display in the Exhibit Hall throughout Day 2.

  • Signature Design Contest

    Conference booths give programs the chance to showcase their wins for the year. Keep the tradition alive with your physical booth design. FAB representatives will be cruising the aisles and selecting finalists for both single booth and super booth designs! Conference participants will be encouraged to visit the finalists booths throughout Day 2.

FAB has decided to sunset a few of the older competitions to make room for new possibilities. We are looking at a variety of opportunities to highlight your great work.
